We see common challenges that many startup companies face in our local environment, ranging from creating a sales go-to market plan and gaining access to strategic customers to locating high quality talent for building products. In order to provide a complete ecosystem whereby a startup company has all the necessary tools and resources available to maximize success, Founders Factory provides a wide range of services.

Even if you are not involved in funding or accepted into acceleration, our services are available for very reasonable fees. Lean startup methodology/acceleration

Acceleration is the process by which we take your company from a concept to a sustainable business in the most direct path possible. Each portfolio company participates in Founders Factory acceleration program by first establishing a detailed plan of development and needs analysis. The key to our success lies in the diversity and high level of engagement of our mentor network. Covering skill sets from management, sales, user acquisition, product development, branding to capital acquisition and mergers and acquisitions, each mentor has extensive experience in growing, managing and transitioning startup companies.

Founders Factory builds its acceleration program around the principals of lean development and customer discovery. Derived from Toyota Product System and recently popularized by authors Eric Reis, Ash Maurya and Patrick Vlaskovits, lean thinking is not a fad but a required toolset for any startup operating in an environment of uncertainty. Founders Factory incorporates the fundamentals of lean manufacturing and the innovation into a structured process for development. Customer discovery, introduced by Steve Blank, focuses on involving customer interaction as early as possible in defining the problem and solution. By building Founders Factory acceleration program around lean and customer discovery, startup companies minimize resources while focusing on the most efficient solutions to create value for their customers.
